Passionate About Inspiring Others

I am a highly driven and motivated Sport and Exercise Psychology student working towards completing my Stage 1 training with an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Loughborough University.

Whilst my interests are broad, I am particularly fascinated by research that explores how to make goal setting more effective, how to manage stress and reduce coach burnout as well as research that studies the nature of resilience and the factors that can facilitate or inhibit its development.

I aim to bridge the gap between theory and application by translating the findings of well-established empirical evidence into easy to understand practical recommendations.

To clarify, I have not yet gained accredited status as a Sport and Exercise Psychology Practitioner with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). If you would like to work with a Sport and Exercise Psychologist, the HCPC keeps a register of all individuals who are legally allowed to practise sport and/or exercise psychology on their website.
